Aperitifs
Aperitifs are cocktails served before a meal, to stimulate the appetite. They usually include beer, a generous wine, champagne or some kind of bitters.
American
ice
1 oz. Campari bitters
1 oz. red vermouth
fill with soda
This is a classic one. To make it, pour the bitters with the vermouth over ice in a highball glass and fill with soda. To garnish, include an orange wedge and a stirrer.
Black velvet
2 oz. champagne
fill with malt beer
This is one of those cocktails with a very special taste. You prepare one pouring some cold champagne in a flute champagne glass and filling with cold malt beer. Enjoy.
Campari with soda

Green beer
1/4 oz. lemon juice

The key word for this one is cold. You make a green beer by pouring the ingredients in a cold pilsener glass, and filling with cold beer.
Must-drink glass
2 oz. demi-sweet anisette
1 oz. fernet
This is a cordial, so, in a pousse-café glass, pour both ingredients and serve.
Negroni

3/4 oz. Campari bitters
3/4 oz. gin
3/4 oz. red vermouth
Negroni is another classic. To make one, pour the ingredients in an old-fashioned glass over ice. Add an orange wedge and a stirrer to garnish.
White cloud or Rabbit
ice
1 oz. anisette
fill with soda
Lastly, a White Cloud direct cocktail is made by pouring the anisette over ice in a highball glass and filling with soda. The drink will turn white, so you will not need to garnish.
